Creating a Learning Plan page 2

1. Here you must select your state.

2. For School you do not have to select your school since you already selected it once you registered.

3. Here you must select your grade level.

4. Here you must select the subject that you're making the plan in.

5. Depending on the subject you selected, you will get different focuses that you can select from.

6. Here you will get a list of concentration points that you can select from depending on which focus you chose.

7. Here you will simply see the description of the concentration you selected. You do not have to select anything here, it is simply to show you a description of your concentration.

8. In order to get results from the learning plan you are creating, you must enter a keyword that relates to the subject, focus, and concentration area that you selected. An example would be if I chose Mathematics as my subject, Operations as my focus, and multiplying whole numbers as my concentration area, the keyword I would choose would be multiplication since it relates to everything I had selected before.

9. Here you do not have to select anything. It is simply letting you know which standards the plan you are creating relates to.

10. After viewing your Standard, you must click on the Find Learning Sites button to get websites that relate to what you have selected into put in your plan. Please click HERE to see what to do with your web site results. You will be brought back to this tutorial after viewing the website results tutorial.

11. If you click on the Find Ebooks link, you will be given several links to eBooks relating to whichever subject you selected.

12. In this space you can enter any information or notes to yourself. For example, if you have a page in your text book that relates to what you are creating your plan on, you can simply write down the textbook name and page for quick reference.

13. You do not have to enter anything here, it is just showing your Name.

14. You do not have to enter anything in here either, it is just showing the email you gave when you registered.

15. These three buttons all do different things. If you press the "Use Plan Now" button, you will be taken to a page where you can use your eLearningPlan immediately after creating it. If you click on the "Start Over" button, the entire page will be reset. If you click on Save For Later Use, your eLearningPlan will be saved into your eLearningJournal.
